Treasurer’s Office Responsibilties - The Treasurer’s Office manages the District’s
finances to make sure every dollar is handled responsibly. We take care of receiving,
safekeeping, tracking, and disbursement of public funds in a way that follows all laws
and Board policies. Our goal is to support the District’s mission by keeping its financial
operations transparent, accurate, and accountable.

The Treasurer’s department maintains the financial records of the district in accordance
with the requirements of the State of Ohio, the Auditor of State, and the Bureau of
Public Inspection and Supervision. In addition, the Treasurer’s Department oversees all
payroll functions and administers employee fringe benefit programs to ensure accuracy,
transparency, and fiscal accountability.
